Standard Returns:
All returns must be made within 30 days from the day that you received your order. All returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee and the Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
We will accept a return as long as all merchandise is in the original packaging and received back in the condition in which it shipped. If an item is returned damaged or outside of the original packaging you are subjected to a 50% restocking fee.
RMA number must included on the shipping label. If an item is returned without an RMA number on the packaging it can delay the refund process. We request that the RMA is not written on the carton, please include the RMA number on shipping label.
Do NOT return an item without contacting Kangaroo Shopping for a return address and RMA. Kangaroo Shopping has multiple warehouses, if the item is returned to the incorrect warehouse it can delay the refund.
Once the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse representatives, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Damaged Items:
If you unfortunately receive an item that is damaged, we do not recommend you to refuse the delivery, you have 10 days after the delivery date to notify Kangaroo Shopping Customer Service Department. You will be requested to provide images of the shipping box and of the damage. Once validated you will be provided with return instructions and a replacement will be processed. If you reject the replacement order, the return will fall under our standard return policy.
Defective Items:
If you unfortunately receive an item that is defective or have defective, damaged or missing parts we do not recommend you to refuse the delivery. We request that you contact Kangaroo Shopping Customer Service Department and a replacement or replacement part order will be processed. If you reject the replacement part order the return will fall under our standard return policy.
Shipping:
All orders are usually shipped within 2 - 10 business days. High demand items could take up to 15 days to process and ship. We only ship within the USA. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
If an order is placed with a P.O. Box shipping address and/or missing a Unit/ Suite Number we will make 1 attempt to contact you for a valid shipping address or your order will be cancelled.
Delivery Not Delivered:
If for any reason your tracking details says the item was delivered but you have not received the delivery. We recommend you to contact Kangaroo Shopping Customer Service Department. We will work with the carrier to see if the package could be retrieved. If you package is not retrieved within 7 days a replacement order will be processed.
If your tracking details show no movement for 7 days or more we will process a replacement order or refund.
Delivery Refusal:
If your delivery is refused, it will fall under our standard return policy where you will be charged return shipping freight and a 15% restocking fee.
Address Change:
Addresses can not be changed once the order has processed and shipped.
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled anytime before the item has shipped. A cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations can take 1 - 2 business days to process, order cancel ship within the 1 -2 business days.
